Who's Taking Part

We have published a list of participating dealers.

Fees and Space Arrangements

Tables are standard size of 6ft (183 cm) by 2.5 ft (76 cm). The cost is £100.00 per table. Wall space will be an extra £10.00 per table, and will be allocated by the Dealers Room Manager. Electricity is available at a cost of £110.00 for a single and £145.00 for a double outlet. Telephone connections will be £90.00 for line and handset. All prices are inclusive of VAT. You are welcome to bring your own display stands, or we can help arrange something for you locally. Display stands are allowed in the area allocated to your table, and cannot encroach on the space of other dealers in your bay. Dealers who want to bring their own stands instead of buying tables will be charged for the table space that would have taken up the area they are using. Each table includes two folding chairs.

Exhibitor Shipping and Customs Services

Interaction is keen to ensure that dealers, artists and other exhibitors find it as easy as possible to participate in the convention. One important element of this, especially for those exhibitors coming from overseas, is shipping and customs clearance.

To help dealers to get their materials to and from the convention smoothly, we have selected the Kuehne + Nagel group (KN) as our logistics partner. KN can provide a full service international shipping service from anywhere in the World, to and from the SECC, including customs processing, warehousing and on-site support. Full information on this service is provided here. The same page also includes some useful links for people wishing to make their own arrangements.

All dealers who are shipping their materials to us, rather than travelling with them, are required to sign a Dealers' Shipping Release form and to return it to us, accepting responsibility for the shipping process. This form can be downloaded below, in either PDF or Microsoft Word format. Forms must be returned to us, signed, by 15 July 2005.

Rules and Other Information

Our current plan for setup is based on a build of the Hall (construct tables, etc) on Tuesday, with Dealers having some kind of access during the latter part of Wednesday, all being well. The remainder of set up will take place on Thursday morning. We expect to open to the public around 2:00 PM on Thursday.

Weapons of any kind, including replica weapons, are banned in the UK. This does include knives and swords, laser guns etc. We also have a family friendly attitude. If you wouldn’t want to show it to your grandmother, we probably don’t want to see it. If there is an issue about acceptability of material the Dealers Room Manager will be the final authority.

Interaction can assume no responsibility for the merchandise prior to, during, or after the convention. Dealers need to pack their remaining merchandise as soon as practicable after the Dealers' Room closes at 3 pm on Monday 8 August. All tables should be cleared by 6 pm on Monday as we need to pack the furniture for collection by the suppliers.

Packed merchandise may be taken from the Dealers Room up to 6 pm on Monday. The Hall will also be opened to Dealers on Tuesday 9 August between 10 am and 12 noon to allow collection and shipping.
